Beste Dames, Dee, eerst voor jou een dikke knuffel ik hoop je toch nog hier ergens tegen te komen in een uitgerekend topic! Een aantal dames had mij gevraagd hoe het nou zat inzake menstruatiebloed op te sturen naar Serum in Athene. Ik heb de uitslag ondertussen binnen: I understand your results could be upsetting but please do look at them as a positive step forward. They live inside human cells, replicate and the longer they infect the higher up the reproductive tract they reach. In the uterus they can affect implantation, cause early miscarriage and also cause scar tissue in the uterus. The infection can be treated with a 25 day protocol of antibiotics. Ureaplasma is easier to uproot. Chlamydia is more difficult but from our experience with difficult cases of unexplained infertility we have found that taking antibiotics while having IVF treatment and then again during the first weeks of pregnancy can increase dramatically success rates. We can also see an improvement in sperm parameters as sperm quality can also be affected. Both infections can be sexually transmitted but there are other, non-sexual ways of transmition as well. This is why the treatment should be followed by both partners and we do not believe that both partners should be tested for this. The protocol we suggest according to your results is as follows: The treatment needs to be followed by both partners at the same time. Unprotected intercourse is not permitted during treatment. The antibiotics should be taken after your main meal, in order to avoid digestive problems. Alcohol intake should be avoided during treatment period. Day 1: 4 pills of zithromax (azithromycin) 250mg* all together preferably with empty stomach Day 2: NOTHING Day 3-7: Erythromycin500mg, 2 tablets/ day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Please avoid dairy products one hour before and one hour after the tablet. Day 8: 4 pills ofzithromax (azithromycin) 250mg* all together preferably with empty stomach Day 9-24: Erythromycin500mg,2 tablets/ day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Please avoid dairy products one hour before and one hour after the tablet. Day 25: 4 pills of zithromax 250mg*all together preferably with empty stomach DURING THE TREATMENT YOU MAY TAKE1 TABLET OMEPRAZOLE 20 mg IN THE MORNING IN CASE YOU HAVE SENSITIVE STOMACH OR IF YOU FEEL THAT YOUR STOMACH IS UPSET. Beste dames, Hierbij de uitleg over de test: Chlamydia testing – Sample collection info Our Chlamydia test is a quantitative test that calculates the amount of Chlamydia DNA you have in your endometrial tissue. In order to perform the test we need a few drops of your menstrual blood collected in a sterile container, the kind used to collect urine for culture. You should also add a little normal saline or water for injection (about 5ml). Do not fill the container. The extra liquid is only needed to prevent the sample from drying out. The easiest time to collect the sample is on the day of your richest bleeding, in the morning just as get out of bed. VERY IMPORTANT: use a sterile container with a SCREW top. This way you will prevent the sample from being spilled and contaminated during transfer. Put in a box with some soft packaging material or cotton wool to protect the container from breaking. Beste Kiki, In DD wordt standaard je AMH gemeten van daar uit wordt er een behandelplan opgesteld. Je FSH is inderdaad hoog maar ook dat kan per maand anders zijn. Bij elke poging heb ik een aantal eicellen. De laatste poging had in Istanbul gedaan. Alleen maar lof over Istanbul! Daar had ik 9 eicellen, waarvan 5 rijp en 2 bevruchtingen. Voor je het weet is het november. Heb je ooit pogingen ondergaan zo ja hoe waren die verlopen? En welke medicatie heb je gebruikt? Liefs,

Kiki, ik heb in DD een aantal behandelingen gehad. 1x met een zwangerschap (helaas een miskraam geworden). Maar mijn AMH is 0,17 en toch nog een aantal eicellen. In DD adviseren ze inderdaad DHEA dus eventueel zou je daar nu al mee kunnen beginnen. Neem ook maar gelijk Omega3 en misschien ViTD mee op je lijstje. Succes!

Lieve dames, Ik lees vanuit een holletje mee. Heb 2x een 9cellige top embryo terug gekregen maar helaas.....het is vandaag wachtdag 8 en negatief getest. De test was met een ultra gevoelige test dus kan niet missen! Heb nu ook last van alle ongi symptomen. Dus ze hebben mij niet als mamsie gekozen! Wat nu verder te doen......nog een keer?! En dan....nog een keer? Weer al die teleurstellingen, verdriet, pijn en wanhoop doormaken. Ik kan het in ieder geval niet meer aan. Sylvia, wat fijn dat je echo goed is. Meid geniet ervan! Tooltje spannend bijna trouwen. Ga je nog een poging in DD wagen? Sas jij bijna weer in de race. Deetje jouw cryo moet het nu gewoon gaan worden PUNT!! Vivid sterkte met deze zware beslissing.

Ohhhh Noortje ik denk van alles....en ga ook van alles zeggen!! 1500 is er al uit..........je hebt het weer geflikt!!! Samen met mijn man bloed laten onderzoeken (chromosomen enz enz.) En nu blijkt dat ze mijn man geen formulier hebben laten ondertekenen voor dat onderzoek. Als ik intik word ik al weer moe............................................. Maar ik was erbij en stond er naast en we hebben alle 2 moeten tekenen. Formulier is dus kwijt geraakt. @#$@#%% adem in......@!#$@#$#@$ Adem uit.........

Adrienne, voor nu van harte gefeliciteerd.... En voor wat betreft je vraag of het nog fout kan gaan. Wil niet lullig over komen....maar het antwoord is helaas JAA. Maar meid geniet nu en van hopelijk nog vele mooie momenten en we hopen dat alles goed blijft gaan!!
